I left a $500 deposit with Arlington Toyota for a vehicle they were unable to locate. I was told my deposit would be refunded, but nearly two months later I still haven’t received it. I wanted to buy a use car and they bring a dirty and cigarette smelling car. one salesman was supposedly help us to get a car and we had a bad experience with him. Went there recently to purchase a used vehicle. The sales person we were dealing with tried to overcharge us by $6000 more than online advertised price. I already knew what the out the door price s The sales person we were dealing with tried to overcharge us by $6000 more than online advertised price. I already knew what the out the door price should have been. When I confronted her, she went & got this clown, who knocked 2k off the price which was still way above the advertised price +taxes & dealer fees. When I told him what the out the door price should be he snapped back, “Can I show you the door”. I found the door & walked out. Very unprofessional, cunning, & just outright bad. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
