After having an oil change here within 1 week there was oil splatter under my car. I went to another garage and they identified the oil filter was not tightened correctly. I recently took my Nissan in for service and was told by the staff that the service could take approximately 2–3 hours. I was offered a shuttle ride to the mall while I waited, but I declined because I have the staff that the service could take approximately 2–3 hours. I was offered a shuttle ride to the mall while I waited, but I declined because I have a 7-month-old baby with me and that option was not practical for my situation. I was then told I could wait in the lobby. However, sitting in a waiting area for 2–3 hours with my young child would have been very uncomfortable and difficult. I explained my situation to the staff and asked if I could be provided with a loaner vehicle, especially because I am a traveling nurse and need reliable transportation to accommodate my work and travel schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to get any assistance with a loaner vehicle or another reasonable transportation option. As a result, I had no choice but to take my vehicle back and reschedule my service for another day. I understand that loaner vehicles may not always be available, but I was disappointed that there wasn't a more accommodating solution offered, especially after explaining that I had a small child with me and work-related transportation needs. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope Nissan can do a better job of accommodating customers who have young children or other circumstances that make waiting several hours or using a mall shuttle impractical. More

We had misdiagnosed for our last visit. We spent the money with another technician and still hear the humming sound. It has been over a month and no refund yet and no one has called us back after several phone calls from us including yesterday 09/02.
