The dealership is clean and very organized and its business presentation. Sales people were professional for the most part and clean and present a professional front. The paperwork aspect got a little jumbled up and created a snafu a couple times as the accounting department lost paperwork and we’re still delayed on making a payment towards the previous bank for my trade-in. So organization and professionally processing payments and paperwork shows a need for improvement. More

Chuck was very rude to us when we told him we weren’t going to spend $2,000 on repairs. Instead of saying ok I understand he became very annoyed and embarrassed us in front of coworkers and other custome going to spend $2,000 on repairs. We get free oil changes but we will take our car elsewhere and pay instead of putting up with Chuck’s attitude. More

The customer service was not what I have experienced before. I felt that the conversation was disrespectful at first and was not happy with the interaction.
