I've been going to Lokey Nissan service for years and will continue to do so. John Bell had been a great service advisor. I feel like he answers my questions honestly, gives me the whole picture and and will continue to do so. John Bell had been a great service advisor. I feel like he answers my questions honestly, gives me the whole picture and and then explains the order in which things should be done, what service is recommended sooner than others. He does not try and upsell me services that are unnecessary. There are usually always available appointments. The service is done in a timely manner and they do have a free shuttle available if you need a ride to and from work. More
