Bill Strzelecki called me and thoroughly explained the collision repair process and issues while working with my insurance company. I feel better about AutoNation and I'm a satisfied customer.

The work this as well as previous visits has been excellent. Charles kept me informed and was very professional. Charles offered me a rental car which I did not accept. I believe it is the sign of the times, not the dealer, but no one seems to have ready access to parts. It can easily take a week or more to get parts. I don’t understand why parts are not readily available in two or three locations across the country.
