Had a great experience at this dealership. We came in for our free oil change with a new Jeep grand Cherokee. They did it in half the time they said, which was only a little over 30 minutes. I have had both my cars serviced here since new. I also purchase anything I need for them including tires, batteries, windshield wipers etc... I need a new car but waiting for the return of the Ram Pro Master City hopefully end of this year. More

I arrived for my vehicle service and was checked in. When the service was "completed" I noticed that the sticker that lets me know when to have my next service did not have a milage when to get it servi When the service was "completed" I noticed that the sticker that lets me know when to have my next service did not have a milage when to get it serviced, rather it had a 10% of oil use. I have had my vehicle serviced at multiple dealerships over the last 4 years and there was always a milage due on the sticker. I went back in and the service manager said my vehicle would tell me when I needed service. I asked how many miles and the manager again said it would tell me. I have NEVER had a notice of service needed displayed and asked again how many miles until service. This went back and forth 3 times and he would not give me a milage figure. I will never go back for service again. 4 hours after I left the dealership I received a text saying I needed to replace the engine air filter. FOUR HOURS after the service was done. More
