Horrible service department. made an appointment 3 weeks out. Drop off vehicle on set appointment date and time on Wednesday then they call me the next day to tell me they can't made an appointment 3 weeks out. So I said what is the purpose of setting an appointment and they said basically its an appointment to have the service guy\sales guy make another appointment with the tech. So basically its an appointment to make an appointment. No thanks what a joke of a dealer ship. They clearly want to run on a skeleton crew and as a customer you will waste your time with them. Picked up the car because I don't have time to waste a 5+ days waiting on them to look at it an order parts. Emailed managers (ahoot@naplesdodge.com,jreynolds2@naplesdodge.com) and they could have cared less about wasting their customers time nor even responded to my email. Go elsewhere More
