Still haven't received the email with my receipt, the service manager tried to blame everything wrong with the van (I just got in February) on me!! Tried to say my oil change was 11,000 miles overdue & I service manager tried to blame everything wrong with the van (I just got in February) on me!! Tried to say my oil change was 11,000 miles overdue & I had only put 11,000 miles on the car since I got it in February, so if that's the case, they didn't service the van before I purchased it!! Also the check engine light has been coming on since a day after I got it, but that's probably my fault too!!! More
