I went to get my car serviced for an oil change and Luis was my service technician. I had some concerns about my coolant, possibly being low as I could not see the lines on the side. Instead of him only verbally telling me that they were filled as high as possible, he went out of his way to show me Where the lines were hidden for me to be able to find it. He also gave me a cheat code paper to help me understand the codes for my car as this is my first Honda. Perfect customer service :)
