A great experience! I was looking at a specific used vehicle. Puenta Hills had a few on the lot, all good or great deals, with free Carfax reports. They contacted me while I was shopping their website, and encouraged me to make an appointment and come in. I made an appointment for the next day. I ended up running about an hour late, and texted them to let them know, but the dealership was extremely busy that day, so they did not receive my text. When I walked in, I was greeted by a salesperson that was walking by (Hussein aka H.H.). I advised him who I made the appointment with, but since everyone was already assisting multiple customers, he stepped in. H.H. was personable, professional, and honest (yes, an honest car salesman!). I test drove the vehicle I was most interested in, decided to take it, and H.H. helped me through the entire process, until I had the keys to drive off the lot. A great deal and a great experience for the perfect vehicle for me!

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Customer for life ☹ 10 stars

He made negotiating and buying a car a downright pleasant experience. The price was beyond fair and he did not try to sell me any extraneous products. Yoan was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained many features that I did not know about after doing my own research on the car. Yoan also made trading in my previous vehicle a breeze and offered a very fair price for it. Overall, buying a car at Puente Hills Mazda from these two men was a great experience.
