The schedulers are very good and clear, they'd always send you the reminder of the day and time you suppose to be there for the service of your car. Zee, the Maita Toyota Rental representative is nice, informative and he explains the rental rules very well. Austin in Parts department is great, if you need any part for your car, such as windshield wiper, or floor carpets, or lights etc.., all you have to do is call ahead of time and he'd have it ready for you to purchase when you come in. Last but not least, Narvick Khalasi, the popular Maita Toyota TXM Advisor. He's always welcoming, resourceful, efficient, patient, courteous and oh so pleasant to deal with. Terrible experience. I parked on the wrong side, asked two staff members for help, they laughed at me for my mistake. I called ahead to tell them I was coming and asked if my car could be pulled around. They said yes, then when I got there they said "we don't do that, you are just going to wait, it takes a while." When I signed to have my car back, they didn't go over anything they did to my car (in my name only) and instead called my husband. Overall, it was a condisending, inconsiderate experience. Yes, I was visably frustrated, but only after the staff laughed at me and i was humiliated by my mistake. Also this is the second time Ive gone in for scheduled maintainence (by apt), and you have kept my car for days becuase you couldnt get to it. Also, when i got my car back, it smelled like sweaty man. More
