MAITA Subaru does an excellent job. They are welcoming, thorough, specific and speedy. They never try to sell up, just get what I need. The service is so good, my husband has just transferred maintenance on his new Rav 4 to MAITA. Last year my car wouldn’t start,i called MAITA , talked to a repair guy on the phone and knew how to proceed. Just good people doing a fine, straightforward job. I’m an old bird, but MAITA staff never talk down to me and never sell up. I’m grateful.

Very nice… As bad as Kia Cerritos was, Mission Viejo was totally great. They value the customer when Cerritos treated you as a bother to them. Cerritos said leave your car for a few days with no loaner and sign for a possible $300 charge and why don’t you do other maintenance…Mission Viejo said we will check the warranty issue for free and if we need to order the part you can come back at your convenience to replace it at no charge. I will drive the extra hour to use Mission Viejo again!

Amazing service from the service team. Not only did they take care of my car but they took care of my wallet! The team here is honest and reliable. They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car.
