Many difficult experiences with the service department. This last experience was especially disappointing. Took car in to be fixed. Went to pick up the car the following day and were told that the part that needed to be replaced in our car was actually replaced in a different car. This was end of day Friday. Come Monday, I needed to call and text multiple times to see if my car would be ready that day as it was hard to get ahold of someone. I can honestly say that we have not had one positive experience with the service department. More

Rusnak Volvo Westlake/Thousand Oaks has always been topnotch A+ giving us confidence & peace of mind! Highly recommend them. When possible, I usually wait for my car to be worked on in Rusnak Volvo's modernized business lodge with its upgraded technical devices for example, wifi, charging stations, couches, desks with chairs, tables, coffee, water & snacks. I write code a lot & the quiet environment there is perfect for me to concentrate. This dealership has polite, professional, & knowledgable personnel making it a pleasure to interact with, their expertise has been comforting to us knowing our Volvo is in great hands. Big thumbs up!
