I always am happy with the service I get at Folsom Lake Ford. I live in Roseville about 2 miles from Future Ford but I am happy to drive to Folsom because the whole team there is wonderful. I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I'm a big fan of AutoNation (formerly RepairSmith). I have a large van that is challenging to get service done on. Having them come to me and do the service in my driveway is a gamechanger! The technicians are thorough, fast and very nice. I never feel like I'm being upsold on additional products and appreciate their professionalism. The 4-Star rating (minus 1 star) is for the scheduling department and their inconsistent scheduling. I've been using this service for years and on multiple occasions I've either had to completely reschedule due to a no-show ("technician wasn't attached to my appointment"), or the tech has shown up in the very last minutes of a 5 hr time window. This inconsistency is a real problem and makes me question if I should try a competitor. Alas their technicians are so great I will likely stay the course.

My husband and I just purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Dylan Lindsay was our head service technician. He has been nothing short of amazing. His communication was detailed and we always knew what was going on with our car. He told us step-by-step what the plan was and the Service parts that needed to be ordered. He let us know when they had been delivered as well as installed. Dylan is incredibly good at what he does and I have never worked with a more thorough or dedicated technician. As mad as we were about purchasing a used card that had issues, Dylan did everything in his power to keep us happy and made sure we were well taken care of. As we all know, great customer service is very difficult to find and Fritts Ford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Dylan Lindsay!

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay - Beaker

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay Ford and I also got a maintenance contract with them about six months later I moved out of Santa Cruz to Brentwood but I still kept coming to North Bay for my service because they're service department was great and it was worth the time and drive to have only North Bay work on my car. Well about six months ago it seemed that the service I was receiving had changed and I was looking at moving to another dealership, that's when I met Mike (MC) and I explained my dissatisfaction in the service and recalls on my car and he said that he would get my issues resolved and I have to say he more than lived up to hie word. Mike took care of the service on my car in scheduling, parts, on time completion, overall professionalism with a friendly and helpful demeaner. Mike really took care of my car in regards to a recall on the doors and I am beyond impressed and thankful for Mike being the one that took care of my needs, I have to admit I probably wasn't the nicest person to deal with at the time he started taking care of my needs in regards to my car, however Mike changed my mind about changing dealerships I am happily going to keep bringing my car to North Bay Ford because I know that Mike and the rest of North Bay Ford have my best interests in mind. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. We do Amazon deliveries and have more than 30 vans in our fleet. We used to service our vans at Valencia Ford. It has been more than a year we have been servicing our vehicles at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood. It is all because of a great service advisor Marvin (I believe his last name is Reyes). After a few visits, we realized that Marvin was different than any other service advisors we have dealed with. Marvin understands our needs. He understands how important fast service is for us, as we can't have vehicles out on service for long time. Marvin is always available for us and sometimes just a phone call away. Marvin has taken customer service to the next level as he always finds ways to say YES to us. If I don't exaggerate, we call Marvin at least twice a week for some kind of vehicle service. If he is not available, he will return our calls asap, set up appointment and take care of all vehicle needs. I'm sure Marvin is a great asset for your company and we are grateful to him and his team!

Corning Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to. There was quite a few people there when I arrived but I was out of there in less then an hour and I didn't have an appointment. I know now the reason why is was crowed, because of their prices and how friendly they are. They were able to program my fob $45.00 cheaper then other places. Not only was the price cheaper then anyone else, they also reprogrammed the old fob that I thought was broke for free. They updated my system all for $140.00. Plus they allowed my dog to come in and everyone was so nice to both me and my dog. I will never take my car to anyone else. And when I decide to trade my car in for newer one, Corning Ford is the place I will go. I drove 2 hours to go to Corning Ford.
