James Fuh's was excellent! No problems with James, the service department or the mechanics and work performed! All five stars! Apart from James, however, when I called to see if a ride option was available, I called the "general" number twice, the call was answered, I could hear voices in the background and I was promptly hung up on. I instead took and Uber to pick up my vehicle. I don't mind finding my own ride, and I certainly don't expect the dealer to provide one, just please have a more simple system in place to request or schedule a ride (or not, if that courtesy is unavailable). Additionally, when I paid for the service at the cashier's station, I was met by two young women who were not particularly friendly. Now let me be clear. Perhaps they were having a very busy or bad day, and I certainly do not expect (or want) my butt kissed, but a friendly greeting and a "thank you" when the transaction was complete would be nice. Again, maybe they were having a bad day, or the previous customer was a bear...I don't know. We all have bad days sometimes. More

I had a software recall done on my Maverick. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician came to my house and a half hour later was done. My 2014 Fusion was due for an oil change. They did the Works, washed the car and brought it to my house. That freed up the rest of my day and cleaned the car to boot!
