Been taking my car here since 22' and all I can say is they are outstanding! Everytime I need anything they are there to help me out and squeeze me in when I really need something done! Quick check in and service completed within reasonable time frame. Car was clean and washed when I picked it up. Staff is professional and friendly. Great service, My F250 SuperDuty looked amazing. Nazar was very helpful throughout and demonstrated the truck's features. Trent in finance was great in explaining the sale, prepaid maintenance and Nazar was very helpful throughout and demonstrated the truck's features. Trent in finance was great in explaining the sale, prepaid maintenance and the extended warranty. I will have my truck serviced at Folsom Lake Ford. 5 stars for both Nazar and Trent! Thanks again! i came in to get my rear defroster fixed that had broke within 2 months of buying my car. the team was amazing. they had originally said i would have to be there for about 2 hours but they were done in an within 2 months of buying my car. the team was amazing. they had originally said i would have to be there for about 2 hours but they were done in an hour! super informative and extremely helpful. one of the worst dealerships I have ever had my car serviced at. Took it in because the engine failed because of a recall. They had my car for over two months. Got it back a week later another issue, b serviced at. Took it in because the engine failed because of a recall. They had my car for over two months. Got it back a week later another issue, because they did not connect something properly when they fixed it the first time. A month later the trunk does not open anymore. Then a month after that the engine fails again merging onto the freeway. Keep in mind I did not have any issues with this card until I took it in. Then you have one of the service manangers basically threaten me when I push back on all the issues, implying if I did not pay them to fix it there would be more issues for me down the road. More
