I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium from Galpin Mazda, & I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, Rudy, the sales manager, went above & beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I first contacted Rudy in early September with inquiries about the upcoming Mazda CX-50 hybrid, as that was my initial interest. Over the following months, I reached out with additional questions, & Rudy was always prompt, knowledgeable, & patient in his responses. I visited several other dealerships in person & spoke with multiple sales representatives during my search for the perfect car, but Rudy stood out by far as the most knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. When December rolled around, I was set on purchasing either the regular (Naturally Aspirated) or hybrid CX-50. However, after visiting the dealership & seeing the CX-5 Turbo, I was impressed by its premium features—active driver display, heated & ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, wireless Apple CarPlay, & more in addition to being around the same price as the cars I was eyeing. Rudy walked me through all my options & provided detailed explanations about pricing, payments, & features. He even stayed later than usual to make sure the process was seamless. I test-drove multiple cars, & his attentiveness & expertise ultimately helped me decide on the CX-5. His dedication & customer-focused approach made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Ease of making an appointment online, Josh was prompt and quickly checked me in and checked out at the end, oil change and tire rotation work was completed within specified time, provided video of work done and recommendation for tire alignment. A complimentary car wash was included. I waited in the lounge area where coffee, tea, water are available as well as comfortable seats and area to plug in and work on laptops. Very pleasant atmosphere for waiting and working. When paying for the service, information was provided of a service charge if using credit card, none if using cash, check or debit. Very good to be informed in advance to be able to make a choice. Thank you.

She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car.
