I bought a new CX-5 for my mom and had a really good experience with Galpin Mazda. At the time they were offering a 10 year 100k warranty on new car purchases which was attractive to us. Kaitlyn Padilla was our sales lady and she was very friendly and patient with us and showed us multiple cars before we decided on the right model to purchase. Sales manager Brian was also very friendly and approachable. I will definitely be going back to purchase a CX70 in the near future !

She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. I've worked with Keri Spencer at a prior dealership before and when I got my new to me Mazda I was glad to see that she was still with Diamond but at their Mazda dealership Keri always goes above and beyond for the customers she's honest and to the point of helping with whatever questions or services you desire to get your vehicle repaired or serviced also the mechanics over there are amazing as well however I did not buy my car with Diamond Mazda but I definitely will keep getting my car serviced there! This is the WORST DEALERSHIP! - America

This is the WORST DEALERSHIP!!! Do not buy here they sell garbage cars. We bought a new 202 Jeep from this dealership 4 months ago and we traded our perfectly fine ZL1 for this junk of a car. Just to find out 4 months later that the car ver heats every 5 seconds! We took it in yesterday to get it checked. Mind you we paid for a warranty that is supposed to cover anything and everything MOTOR wise, mechanical, and transmission. Just for them to take 10 hours to check the car, $250 for diagnostic, and claiming the warranty wasn't approved we would have to pay out of pocket $15k = 3k to have the engine removed from the vehicle!!! Why would we have to pay for repair on a on "Good condition" vehicle? Not to mention when we purchased the vehicle they refrained from letting us know the final price to which come to find out this piece of junk was $65k We will see them in court!!
