My service advisor, Borys Chinchilla, was excellent and made sure that my oil change went smoothly, ensuring that the proper oil weight and level complied with Mazda's specs, since the 2.5 turbo engine use made sure that my oil change went smoothly, ensuring that the proper oil weight and level complied with Mazda's specs, since the 2.5 turbo engine uses a different weight than the non-turbo engine. I would definitely bring my car back to New Century Mazda and would highly recommend it, based on my positive experience and Borys's excellent customer service. More
