It took 6 MONTHS for them to finish service on my car! Literally 6 months!! And it was to fix a simple issue with the info-entertainment screen! They almost never answer the phone, and when they do it’s an off-site person who isn’t able to help or get in touch with a manager on-site. They never call back even if they say they will. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with my attendant. My first attendant ghosted me for almost a week after promising that I could get a loaner car, leaving me stranded for 3-4 days with no loaner and no way to get to work. I was switched to a different attendant, Alonso, and I showed up to the dealership one morning to try to get updates on my car and he wasn’t even there because he was apparently 30 minutes late to work which I was told is common. Serik was able to help me instead that day and seems to be the only genuinely helpful person working there. Overall, service was irresponsible and it’s clearly a poorly managed location. I will never be returning. More
I liked the updates that I received that my car was due for a basic service. I knew because of the thorough inspection that had previously been done on the car that I was not just going far a basic oil cha for a basic service. I knew because of the thorough inspection that had previously been done on the car that I was not just going far a basic oil change but have suspension work done. I did not like going to the website to try to explain what the appointment entailed. A phone call was necessary. I was very happy to be matched with Richard again since I requested him. I will continue taking my 2015 Mazda 3 to Culver City Mazda because of top care and convenience. I hope when I decide to upgrade we will find a match for me. Whether it's a Mazda or a Volvo. More
