I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP….. Oct 9,2024. I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager named Tony intervened. Tony's behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and, most disturbingly, racist. His aggravated demeanor and unacceptable comments caused significant distress and ultimately led me to break off the deal. It is disheartening to encounter such conduct, especially in a professional setting where customers expect respect and courtesy. I hope you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I believe that no customer should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Jeff, my service rep, was very cordial and professional, no complaints about any persons there, - that was a good experience. My concern is the labor cost me $1,180 and nowhere can I find how many hours of labor were involved for any of the items that were addressed. There is nothing showing x-number of hours X the hourly rate for any component of work done. I have no idea of what you charged me per hour, but I think it was around $78/hr. That equates to 15 hours of work and I think about half-to-two thirds that amount of time is more accurate. Also, I needed a new plastic part for my driver's arm rest support; $940 for parts and labor, how can that be? I opted not to fix that item and I'll find a different means of addressing it.

I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office

I have never purchased a car as fast as I did at Penske South Bay Buick/ GMC / Cadillac! My experience was AMAZING. Nathan Sutton did that for me. He was helpful, attentive, and honest. As busy as he was that day, he made us feel very important that day. I have not purchased a car in over 12 years, and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. Thank you Nathan for that, as well as your Manager and the lady from financing… You all have a new customer. I also will be telling my friends and family about Nathan and Penske South Bay.
