Jose was awesome! However, Jeff Rizzi is NOT! He is rude, unprofessional, tries to intimidate, arrogant and an absolute liar! We had to go months with a lemon truck However, Jeff Rizzi is NOT! He is rude, unprofessional, tries to intimidate, arrogant and an absolute liar! We had to go months with a lemon truck! But, GM headquarters was brought in and made the decision that the dealership would buy back the repeatedly disfunctional truck! I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy! Don’t ever take your truck there they left my cars for 12 days and the car was never fixed. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and as soon as I left the dealership, the car was still smoking days and the car was never fixed. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and as soon as I left the dealership, the car was still smoking from the back tires. The technician never diagnosed the problem, and he never took the time to take the tire off and look at the caliber that I already told him that was damage and it was leaking. The manager called me and he never even apologize and he was very rude and saying that I never told him the caliber or the brakes need to be replaced , what kind of a dealership will do that? I will never take my car there because every time I take it they’ll keep it for close to a month and they always told me that they only have tow technician works there. This dealer is horrible. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me , or you will be disappointed More
