Great service, helpful service reps. Nobu is our guy. We have a 2001 Buick Le Sabre, and we’ve had a couple of issues in a one month period. Each time Nobu got involved and took care of Nobu is our guy. We have a 2001 Buick Le Sabre, and we’ve had a couple of issues in a one month period. Each time Nobu got involved and took care of our car. Nobu got us back on the road quickly with personalized care. Mark Christopher is our location for repair service. Their service department manager is terrible! He lies, he is rude and gets a bad attitude when questioned about the situation on your vehicle service! I wasn't in a hurry for my truck back, told them they could keep it a second day if needed. Don’t ever take your truck there they left my cars for 12 days and the car was never fixed. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and as soon as I left the dealership, the car was still smoking days and the car was never fixed. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and as soon as I left the dealership, the car was still smoking from the back tires. The technician never diagnosed the problem, and he never took the time to take the tire off and look at the caliber that I already told him that was damage and it was leaking. The manager called me and he never even apologize and he was very rude and saying that I never told him the caliber or the brakes need to be replaced , what kind of a dealership will do that? I will never take my car there because every time I take it they’ll keep it for close to a month and they always told me that they only have tow technician works there. This dealer is horrible. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me , or you will be disappointed More

The cover I had installed was damaged. Was told to wait 48 hours before using it, I did and at that time I found out it was broken too.
