Chad was awesome. He kept me posted with updates, he takes ownership of any issues that may arise. Zeigler, however, is shifty. Their salesmen will lie to you. The managers will worm their way out of any deal that isn't signed on paper. They will sell you xxxx you don't need or want and lie to you to get you to take it. If you buy a car here, INSIST that you won't buy their car unless they remove the LoJack first. They're just taking your money. More

Ed the manager of service is very unprofessional. A bad business look. Always unprofessional when I come to do business at Ziegler service.
