I saw a used Audi online listed by Wellesley VW. I wasn’t sure I wanted to switch from BMW but loved the look of this car. It was a busy week for me with work and Meaghan paid attention to my contac I wasn’t sure I wanted to switch from BMW but loved the look of this car. It was a busy week for me with work and Meaghan paid attention to my contact preferences to make it super easy for me. When I came to Wellesley VW for a test drive, she introduced me to Kevin who answered all my questions and I had a lot and some weird ones. The tech is different than a BMW and I wanted to be sure I would love it. Kevin worked with my schedule, got my BMW assessed as a trade while I was on a test drive and made time for me to come back in the afternoon for another drive and some more discussion. Kevin and Mike made the process fun, stress free and had me in my car a day earlier than expected. The car came from a different state so they removed the tinting that is illegal in Massachusetts and installed a front license plate mount for me. They under promise and over deliver! I highly recommend working with this dealership. More
