Sean and his "wizard's table" made the financial part of this transaction actually fun! Sean was keen to ensure that my interests were always kept first-and-foremost. Lastly, it seems to me that the team, as a whole, functions very well together. Whoever is the overall leader of this team should be aware that this is noticed and appreciated.
