Great dealership! Chris Smith was awesome to work with. He knew we were interested in a car that was in transit and let us know when it arrived and had it detailed so Chris Smith was awesome to work with. He knew we were interested in a car that was in transit and let us know when it arrived and had it detailed so it was ready to take off the lot when we came in the next day. We came in after work to purchase and they had us in and out in about 2.5 hours with the test drive which was pretty fast. Jennifer Duran from the finance department was knowledgeable about all the different warranty options and we enjoyed working with her as well. Overall a great experience! More

My salesman, Chris Smith, was professional and a real gentleman. He sold me an Ascent at a good price and the experience, from start to finish, was hassel-free. One of main reasons I went back to Tucson Subaru was the exceptional service I have received from their service department with my first Subaru. Chris treated me in a super-professional manner, and the finance officer, Traci Roberts, was top-notch as well. Ms. Roberts was thoroughly professional.
