A big thanks to Sean Johnson, Terry Iseminger, Curt McHenry and Richard Drow. Drove 3 hours from New Mexico to pick up new Outback Wilderness and everyone did their part to get me on the road fully pre McHenry and Richard Drow. Buying and trade-in process started online with Sean, but it's still the human touch that separates a "decent" dealership from a truly outstanding one like Tucson Subaru. Sean excelled answering many questions online and by text. Terry jumped in and helped out on Sean's day off. Curt actually trotted over to detail department to get car in immediately for ceramic coat and Richard did fantastic and timely job getting the paint protected. If you live in the middle of nowhere, it's nice to know you'll be treated like a neighbor or friend by distant dealership. More

Came into dealership for urgent help with a dead battery issue and had no appointment - the service reps were ALL helpful and courteous. I knew right there my dead battery will be a thing of the past becaus issue and had no appointment - the service reps were ALL helpful and courteous.
