Additionally, I was presently surprised by the hospitality in the waiting area. There was coffee and snacks available. There were also several options of creamers and hot chocolate. There was a counter that I could sit at and plug in and was able to get much work accomplished while I waited. It was an overall pleasant experience! My service rep graciously walked me through the entire process as this was my first time using the service department at Toyota of Cleveland. More

2010 Prius broke down in the area due to disconnected intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum hose problem. So 200+ miles later our Prius engine stopped working again right off interstate 75. We lost another day of travel and the added costs. The second Toyota dealer then did more research and discovered a related TSB that Cleveland Toyota did not uncover, and we had replaced a purge valve canister. Green's Toyota in Lexington did solve the problem. We wish our first visit to Toyota of Cleveland had figured it out with our first breakdown. More
