Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Throttle body went out... Again. Mind you, they had already replaced the throttle body twice in two years and both times it f Terrible. Terrible. Throttle body went out... Again. Mind you, they had already replaced the throttle body twice in two years and both times it failed in less than 12 months. Okay, so guess what. Another failure. But, I'm a decent guy, so I call them and give them another chance. Figuring the third time's the charm right? When I call and tell them that the throttle body they put in 9 months ago is failing again. They tell me even though it's less than 12 months, I've driven the vehicle more than 12,000 miles so the throttle body is not covered. xxx? I have to pay for the throttle body and service... Again? It's not my fault that your product and service suck. Unreal. Listen, it wasn't that much money for me to fix it, maybe $400. But, it was the principle. I can't imagine me telling my customers that they have to pay to repair a product I sold them that keeps failing. Never again. If you can't get your s*** straight three times, you're out. STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst experience with a service department in my life. Communication as completely non existent. They’ve had my vehicle for almost 3 months and have only contacted me twice. All other calls ha in my life. Communication as completely non existent. They’ve had my vehicle for almost 3 months and have only contacted me twice. All other calls have came from me on multiple occasions with me leaving voice messages to never receive a call back. Avoid this Ford service center at all costs More

I bought a truck here a while back and its been MONTHS and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag fo and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag for THEIR mess up. But the worst part about my entire experience is that they sold me the truck and they didnt even have the title to the truck and no one knows where the title is, so I have been driving a truck that Im assuming this dealership didnt even OWN yet… And on top of that im JUST NOW finding out about this. and no one will help me I just keep getting the run around and nothing solidified. Worst car buying experience of my life. We agreed on a deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Websi deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Website price was 68390.00 and when it was all over they tried to charge me 83,300.00. They had every opportunity to tell me the real cost price before I took the day off work and spent 4hrs there to find out there was a 15k up-charge. Snake in the grass doesn't even begin to describe these crooks. More
