I made an appointment for my car to be seen on a Monday. I didn't receive a diagnosis on the problem until Wednesday. My car was not completed until the next Tuesday. The service is slow! I'm don't complete I didn't receive a diagnosis on the problem until Wednesday. My car was not completed until the next Tuesday. The service is slow! I'm don't completely trust the technicians and what their diagnosis is. My car was there just a month before a similar problem happened. This should have been detected. I feel like they try to nickel and dime you . I have an extended warranty but I was still out of pocket over $200 both times. I have no plans on returning More

The team scheduled my appointment and kept me updated. I was informed that my oil change would be free, but was later informed there was no general maintenance contract.
