Initially I gave the sales person a 5 star. They hit you with this as soon as you have signed. Even before car is delivered and features explained-or not. Initially while buying everything was good, friendly etc. The salesman failed to notify me that they had added LOJACK to the car and charged me for it. There were five pages during the signing process that were blank which I was asked to sign. I was told supposedly what they were. I have no idea actually and never should have signed them. No paper copies were provided. The credit mgr mentioned that I had LoJack at the end never mentioning the charge. When I later questioned him about it he said the sales person, Caleb, should have said something. He didn’t. We had plenty of time for him to do so. He talked about his wife, his father-the former superintendent of schools, etc but never mentioned LoJack or the charge. Boris, the credit mgr, said it couldn’t be undone but he would talk to the sales person and see what they said. I left a message for Caleb. Not returned. I sent an email to the ONLY email I could find and it was not returned. In addition $300 was added to the car for a part I did not want which was a misunderstanding. Then I was told it wasn’t added. Then when there was a problem which I did need another part they said they would apply the $300 To it. In the end I did not get the part out on, which I told service, left a message for Caleb, and requested a refund. Again I have heard nothing. All this to say there will not be a repeat customer to this dealership. More

Absolutely ZERO communication. Our vehicle was with Town East for almost 15 business days with no communication. I called and left multiple messages for my Service Advisor with no Our vehicle was with Town East for almost 15 business days with no communication. I called and left multiple messages for my Service Advisor with no response. I had to visit the dealership twice to get information. The issue was a simple seatbelt restraint. I will never use this dealership again. More
