I spoke with several in sales. Gamaliel sent me a photo of the truck and let me drive it. I liked the truck but got up to leave when he brought out the first figures. Picked out a 2024 Ford Bronco that my husband and I wanted to purchase. Contacted dealership, had everything set up to pick up Monday night (credit app filled out, down payment decided, loan approved). wanted to purchase. Contacted dealership, had everything set up to pick up Monday night (credit app filled out, down payment decided, loan approved). Showed up to the dealership at 7PM and didn't leave until after 10PM. And the vehicle was not filled up with gas. Not that we wanted anything but nothing was offered to show appreciation for our business. Computers were down or not updating our information, we had to re-sign many pages for our Bronco which made us have to reread everything to make sure nothing was changing. Only reason we picked this dealership is because of the Bronco that was there. Do not plan to purchase another Ford from this dealership ever again. More

Disappointing Post-Purchase Experience I recently purchased a '23 Ford Bronco from this dealership, and while the initial experience was friendly and positive, my satisfaction has taken a nosedive si purchased a '23 Ford Bronco from this dealership, and while the initial experience was friendly and positive, my satisfaction has taken a nosedive since then. Here’s why: Missing Trim Pieces: When I bought the Bronco, it was missing the accessory trim pieces above the windshield. These pieces are essential for aesthetics and functionality, especially considering there was previously a roof rack in that area. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically requested that these trim pieces be replaced. Broken Promises: Brian Hillman, the salesman, assured me that they would purchase new trim pieces, paint them, and mail them to my residence. However, it’s now been over two months since the purchase (as of May 7, 2024), and I’ve received only one trim piece. The lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing. Customer Value Post-Purchase: It seems that once you’ve made the purchase, the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction diminishes significantly. As a buyer, I expected better service and timely resolution of issues. In summary, while the front-end experience was pleasant, the post-purchase support has been lacking. As a customer, I feel undervalued. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and rectifies the situation promptly. More
