Town Center Nissan has been a reliable and trustworthy partner for my Nissan/Infiniti car/SUV maintenance in past 11 years. I called Eddie in the afternoon of Friday for a battery issue. Eddie did an ex partner for my Nissan/Infiniti car/SUV maintenance in past 11 years. I called Eddie in the afternoon of Friday for a battery issue. Eddie did an excellent job to squeeze me in and get the job done perfectly. The technician (sorry I did not get his name) who inspected my car and performed the work was professional, willing to share his knowledge and did a wonderful job. The people and the service center are top notch. Thank you guys. More

We drove up for regular maintenance. Lamar was very courteous. My car only required an oil change. We left it & ran errands for a couple hours then the car was done. Very efficient. I’ll never go back to this dealership again. Never. Not for service, not for a new vehicle, nothing!! I had purchased 3 for $99 oil change deal and had 1 remaining that was due to expire. I went Never. Not for service, not for a new vehicle, nothing!! I had purchased 3 for $99 oil change deal and had 1 remaining that was due to expire. I went to the dealership around 11am and was told it would’ve a 2 1/2 hour wait. Because I had no choice, I stayed. I asked a friend to pick me up so I wouldn’t be stuck sitting for so long. When I confirmed how much time I had to wait I was then told that my car would be almost ready. I then had to call my friend who was on his way to pick me up to turn around and go home. It is frustrating because it seemed that I was told the long wait time as a deterrent. My last experience at Town Center Nissan was just as horrible. At least I used up my oil change deal. I will be going elsewhere for service and car purchases. Lamar has never served me well. The manager I spoke to was kind and allowed me to voice my frustrations and it was much appreciated. More
