When specific services are requested at check-in, we understand how frustrating it is to discover afterward that they were not completed. We’re especially concerned that the tire you asked us to inspect continues to lose pressure and that the requested tire rotation was not performed. If we were unable to complete either service during your appointment, that should have been clearly communicated to you before you left. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience of having to make another trip.
