If I could give less than one star I would. I scheduled a service appointment and requested that my alarm be deactivated as it frequently goes off. They couldn’t do the alarm that day after all I scheduled a service appointment and requested that my alarm be deactivated as it frequently goes off. They couldn’t do the alarm that day after all and I was told to come back the next day which I did. I was told to wait a half hour while they deactivated the alarm. This is 3 days later and my alarm just went off. Obviously nothing was done. I will never use this dealership again, and will warn others about the shady service. More
