I originally requested a quote for a 2005 Accord LX V6 through an Internet service. I received their bid through e-mail; it wasn't very competitive, but there was also a note that they had never lost a s through an Internet service. I received their bid through e-mail; it wasn't very competitive, but there was also a note that they had never lost a sale because of price.<br><br>Initially, I got a quote which was more than $750 less from Honda of Santa Monica, but the deal fell through because when we parked the car after the test drive a porter crashed into the new Accord we were about to buy.<br><br>Remembering the e-mail from Sierra, I called them and asked if they had the car I wanted and if he could match the price. Scott said he was happy to match any price in writing, I didn't have a quote in writing, but asked if a call to verify would be acceptable, and he said yes. I also spoke to Michelle who physically went to check out that the car I wanted was still there.<br><br>My family and I went down the dealership, Scott first showed us the car, let us inspect it and took us out for a test drive. Then we went in and did the paperwork with the finance manager while the car was being prepped for delivery. <br><br>There were no hassles, and they didn't play any games. They did not try to tell us they could not sell the car because of price, nor did they push a warranty or lojack nor did anyone complain once that "we aren't making any money off this deal," as so many other dealers have done.<br><br>After the paperwork, we went out to the car, and Scott taught us how to use all the features, and we drove off with our new car.<br><br>This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Scott Reynolds, Michelle Tan and Sierra Honda. More
