I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank and Ruben and appreciated their down to earth, respectful approach. I did have a minor post sale problem that Ruben took ownership of, apologized for, and promptly resolved. That’s also been my experience with Sierra in the past- if there is any customer concern they will jump right on it and make things right. Sierra’s staff treated me well, and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a car to help their bottom line. I will return to Sierra for next new Honda! More
