I was dead set on a certain price and he worked hard to meet it; when I misunderstood the final offer to be $500 more instead of the actual $50, he was still 100% willing to try and negotiate that $50 off. I also got to work with Alan for financing, who managed to make what is usually an unbearable process quick and fun. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in, who was on her very last leg.
