I had been searching for a specific vehicle for quite awhile and found the car on the internet in the morning. I called prior to dealership opening and Edward answered the call. I had several questions as it did not appear the car description matched that of its photos. Edward sent additional pictures and a short video of the car, which was beyond what I had requested or expected. I live over an hour away and did not want to drive that far if the car did not have what I needed. Edward provided answers to all questions and I made the trip. Within an hour of arriving a deal had been made. The only issue I had with the entire process and had nothing to do with the Edward or other staff was the "doc fee". Seems that this fee is merely part of a process essential in the sale of a car and thus the price of doing business. Additionally the fee was added to the cost PRIOR to calculating tax. I do not believe the Maryland tax code allows for taxing of labor. Regardless the entire experience was very pleasant. Michelle in finance was straight forward and no nonsense. She knew I was interested in a Honda warranty and took the time to call a Honda partner to see if they could meet the price I had been quoted. Unfortunately the price could not be matched but it was quite nice that she made the effort. More
