If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent the entire day on the phone with this dealership negotiating and confirming a deal on a specific vehicle. After multiple conversations, we reached an agreement and I began driving to the dealership to complete the purchase. I was told the car was being held for me. While I was en route, they contacted me to say the vehicle had been sold to someone who purchased it online. They knowingly sold the car to someone else after making a confirmed deal with me and while I was already on my way to the dealership. When I questioned how this could happen, I was told that because they have multiple salespeople and multiple buildings, there was “no way for them to know” someone else was selling or buying the same vehicle. That explanation is simply unacceptable. Internal disorganization is not the customer’s responsibility, and it certainly doesn’t excuse failing to honor a commitment. Even more concerning, I was casually told that “this happens all the time,” and no effort was made to fix the situation. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. Just indifference. The manager, Chris List, dismissed my concerns by saying, “Well, we heard you are looking at other cars,” as though that somehow justified selling a vehicle out from under a committed customer. This experience felt underhanded and extremely unprofessional. A deal should mean something. Integrity and basic communication should be standard practice. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
