I hate shopping for cars. The entire process leaves me frustrated and exhausted. Sheehy Lexus turned this into a pleasant experience for me. I had a flawless experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I emailed about a car on the website of interest the night before I was planning to drive to the dealership to shop. Kristen called me the following morning as I was en route to Annapolis. We scheduled an appointment over the phone. She let me know she had another appointment in the afternoon. Kristin met with me we test drove and when I returned after lunch Shandrial came in flawlessly to finish the deal. The ladies I worked with were both professional and very knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicle I was considering. The experience went seamlessly. Job well done ladies! Thank you. More

I had been car shopping for about 6 months and had never received the kind of in-depth orientation prior to test driving at any other dealership. She thoroughly explained the instrumentation and told us things about the vehicle we had never heard before - and that was after testing driving on at least 5 other occasions. I found Shandrial to be knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. I would refer friends to her. The dealership, like the car, is luxury all the way. Just as it should be. More

When I made my first trip to Lexus of Annaolis in 2008, my plan was to just receive a quote and compare with other dealers. This was my first association with Chris List of which I was very pleased. Chris was able to explain in detail all the benefits of owning a Lexus. I mentioned to Chris that I was not buying today and wanted to compare the Lexus with the Honda Accura. Well by the time we finished talking and looking at the 2008 RX-350, I drove out of the showroom that day as a new Lexus owner. I have been very pleased with the car and also pleased with the way Chris has stayed in contact to make sure everything was ok and to reassure me if I had any questions to give him a call. I have in fact talked to Chris recently about the possibility of purchasing a new 2011 Lexus RX-350 or what ever number they change it to. I feel that Chris is an asset to Lexus of Annapolis and represents the dealership as well as Lexus with total professionalism and knowledge. Larry More
Our Salesperson was Shandrial Hudson, she was very easy to work with. Of course, we knew what we were looking for, this was our 3rd new Lexus purchase. Lexus dealerships make the buying experience much mor to work with. Of course, we knew what we were looking for, this was our 3rd new Lexus purchase. Lexus dealerships make the buying experience much more palatable than the average dealership. We were not quite as happy with the after sales experience. We traded in our previous RX but were surprised and upset when we received a letter from our credit union a few weeks later inquiring why our payment had not been made on the vehile we traded in. This was at least a month after our new vehicle purchase. We called the dealership and got a bit of a run around and eventually were required to drive back over to Annapolis to sign papers that we had not been given previously. We live in the District so it's a bit of an inconvience to make the trip there, expecially for their mistake. Not to mention that they clearly should have realized this mistake far before we brought it to their attention. Another issue was the licensing of our vehicle. We had a 60 day temporary plate which we had to renew not once but twice because of their inefficiency.Two excruciating trips to the DMV that we should not have had to make. They blamed it on the DMV but the DMV told us repeatedly that Sheehy Lexus had not even submitted the paperwork. We hope this was just an unfortunate set of events and not the usual way of doing business. More

Normally I am not keen on filling out survey's but, I was so moved by the Sheehy Lexus Team, that I Annapolis and they exceeded all my expectations. Normally I am not keen on filling out survey's but, I was so moved by the Sheehy Lexus Team, that I had to let them know. Ms. Shandrial Hudson was my expert Lexus representative. Ms. Hudson not only sold me the vehicle of my dreams (RX400h) but, she also got to know me very well as a person. Ms. Hudson's salesmanship, product knowledge, and genuine compassion has won me over. If I pursue an additional purchase in the future, Ms. Hudson has already earned my business. An auspicious thank you to the Sheehy Lexus Team for making me feel that my purchase is worthwhile and meaningful. More
We have had unpleasant experiences with car dealerships in the past (because they insisted we test drive the vehicle when we did not want to do so; because they insisted we finance the vehicle when we want in the past (because they insisted we test drive the vehicle when we did not want to do so; because they insisted we finance the vehicle when we wanted to pay cash; and because they were overly aggressive) and so we were skeptical when we entered the Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis Dealership and met with Shandrial Hudson, their Internet Sales Manager. However, we were pleasantly surprised as Shandrial was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to point out all of the outstanding features of the RX 350. She invited us to sit in the vehicle, which we did, as she pointed out additional features and answered our questions. She then asked us to take it for a test drive which we declined and she invited us to come back if we changed our mind and to call her anytime with any additional questions we may have. We asked her for a book and a price which she provided us without any hassle. We did return because we knew she would be pleasant and not obnoxious and pushy and we did take a test drive. We told her we would need some additional time to shop around and think about this major purchase. She said she understood and did not hound us with daily phone calls as some other dealers were doing which we found very annoying. When you make such an important purchase you want to make the decision because it is the correct decision for you and not because you are talked into it. After shopping around we called Shandrial and asked if we could come in an order the vehicle which we did and which was a very pleasant experience as well. The vehicle arrived the next day and we came in and made our purchase. Shandrial took the time to show us each and every feature on the vehicle and also programmed our cell phones/BBs and contact lists into the vehicle which was so helpful. We must say this was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend Shandrial and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis to our friends and acquaintenances who may be interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
