My experience with this dealer was exceptional! Chris List was my sales person. He called me several times but was not pushy. He gave me the best offer and beat the other dealers by $200.00. This is my 3rd or 4th Lexus, so I thought I was fairly familiar with the product. But when I visited Chris a few weeks ago in response to some mail I had received from Lexus of Annapolis (advertisement) familiar with the product. But when I visited Chris a few weeks ago in response to some mail I had received from Lexus of Annapolis (advertisement) I found out a lot more about the new models that I was unfamiliar with. In a very low key way, but very professionally done, Chris explained all the new features and compared them to the features I currently had on my 2009 model. Along with this sales pitch, Chris left me with some financial information for me to check out at home. It didn't take me long to realize that what Chris was offering was a really great deal. So I took it! Had I been pressured by a salesperson, I don't think I would have been interested. What Chris did was just explain the facts of the model, and the financing in such a way that I could understand it, giving me the opportunity to make up my own mind in a leisurely fashion. That's the way I like to shop and Chris provided me with the perfect opportunity. I am more than happy to refer people to Lexus of Annapolis, and especially to Chris.
