I could have not asked for a better car buying experience. This is my second Lexus ES; but my first from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I had the misfortune of having my Lexus stolen a little over a experience. This is my second Lexus ES; but my first from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I had the misfortune of having my Lexus stolen a little over a month ago and with the help of Chris List; I was able to find a perfect replacement. Chris was so helpful that he took the time to help me find service records on my previous Lexus that was serviced at Len Stoler so I could give to my insurance company in order to help facilitate the settlement quicker. I was unsuccessful with trying to obtain the information from Len Stoler; hence why I originally contacted Sheehy of Annapolis to begin with. Chris was very detailed with sending me information about the car; and wasn't pushy at all. When we were ready to purchase; it was so easy and relaxing. I really appreciate the time Chris took to explain all of the features of the car and to ask if we had any additional questions. Shandrial went over all the features of the vehicle before we went on the test drive and I was really impressed with her knowledge and all the updated features the RX350 has. I had a RX330 and couldn’t believe how much things have changed. Not only is the navigation system set back but, the operation is impressive.
