I am rating Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis "Great" in every category, including my overall experience because in particular Erick Morris is a man of his word. Prior to going to Sheehy, my experiences with other Lexus dalers were lesss than Fair. They showed very little or no interest in trying to sell me a car and the follow up services were very poor. I met Mr. Morris at the Baltimore Auto Show, and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. He was very patient, despite the number of interested parties waiting to speak with him. He explained Sheehy's customer service policies (e.g., Sheehy will bring a car to your home when you need the comprehensive service done to your vehicle up to 3 hours each way.) and promised that if I visited his dealership in Annapolis that it would be worth the visit. More importantly, he promised to follow up with me the next business day and he did. This may sould like a small deal, but based on my previous experiences with other Lexus dealers in the area, this meant a lot to me and my family. I am highly recommending Sheehy of Annapolis and Erick Morris if you are in the market to buy a previously owned or new Lexus. If you are serious about buying a Lexus, I believe visiting Sheey is worth the trip no matter where you live. More

Shadrial was great (and still is). Very responsive to my inquiry, answered all of my questions prior to my visit. Tara Wilson was outstanding. The finance manager, the service manager and the entire staff is outstanding as well. The car, a 2008 IS250 is good, but not great. Erick is knowledgeable, courteous, helpfull and very trustworthy, tha latter being a trait not always found in this industry. He promised us that he would be there for any follow up needs and he has been there on each occassion in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with Erick's support and feel that his performance is something that any dealership or company would be very proud to have. His knowledge is indicative of the hard work that he has put in to fully understand what he is selling and to represent the dealership in a very positive manner. Our hats are off to Erick and we are grategull for his service.
