Dan Polgreen was a great sales person to work with. I had just started my journey looking for a different vehicle and wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. My Certified Pre-Owned car salesman, Richard Lunz, was easily the most professional, calm, knowledgeable and considerate car salesman I have ever done business with. He was thoroughly versed in the '08 L easily the most professional, calm, knowledgeable and considerate car salesman I have ever done business with. He was thoroughly versed in the '08 Lexus 460 I purchased, helped me consider alternate financing options, patiently listened to my questions and answered them clearly. He was adept at the technology built in to the car, and adroitly showed me the facile user interface, and promised a lifetime of continued service from him, personally, even after the deal closed. My subsequent visits there proved he was telling me the truth, as he did throughout our entire buying experience. The dealership is ABSOLUTELY over-flowing with free owner amenities! Their coffee and food service area is always well-stocked and clean, their free wi-fi / internet access is easily accessible, and they offer free computers / laptops for customers to use while they wait in the large waiting area. The service reception area is well-organized, there is a logical flow to the process of arriving and obtaining service, and each customer is treated with the kind of courtesy and respect that left many other auto dealers long ago. I find no condescending attitudes, and no snickering about requests or complaints after a customer has departed. They are a thoroughly professional auto dealer. More
