You have always made me feel comfortable and you have never used any pressure sales technique. My most recent visit to your establishment was no different as a matter of fact you exceeded my expectations of service. I am in the process of opening a non-profit clinic, called Primary Health Concerns, Inc. The clinic will be located in Prince Georges County with the purpose of providing health and wellness care to the uninsured and underinsured. This has been a tremendous endeavor, but in line with the call on my life to serve and care for others. In order for this clinic to become a reality I have been working part-time since June 28, 2010. In light of my current financial situation, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis could have taken one look at my part-time income; and my less than favorable leasing lender credit score, and told me to enjoy the 2008 RX 350. However, you gave more consideration to my 4 year history of consistent lease payments; and the recommendation of my sales person Bill Nash. When the General Manager, Paul LaRochelle, offered me a 2011 RX 350 with no money down; and a car payment less than what I was paying, I was genuinely shocked and overwhelmed with emotion. I am not accustomed to people doing things for me and have no expectation of special consideration. THANK YOU! You have given me the peace of mind that comes with having a safe car, having no concern for repairs, and the reliability of Lexus. I know he may have had a few choice words to say about the time in which it took me to make up my mind about the color of the Lexus RX 350 2011 that I purchased but he was very concerned that I was not peased with the black with parchment interior vehicle that I drove off the "showroom floor" with on Friday. Very early the next day, I texted him to say I was very dissatisfied with the color and would be returning it on Saturday (again, the next day). He met me at the door and sincerely inquired what changed from Friday's excitement to Saturday's disenchantment. I said it reminded me of being in a funeral procession. He asked what color better suited me. I said with such assuredness, "Matador Red". Sadly he said we don't have that color. I said but if it's a 2011 color, surely there must be a dealership around here somewhere that has that color. Well, with the look of Superman in the presence of Krypton, he said he'd see what he could do. He called and called around until finally, another dealership had my color. He appeared to me like Alfalfa from the Little Rascals - mischevious and excited all at once with having won the prize. The car was being prepped for traveling. When it finally got to Annapolis and was cleaned up - brand spanking new and oh so gorgeous in all of its glory, he was more excited, almost than I was. When I saw my car, I literally cried. It had been 11 years since I purchased a new car and this one - GG (God's Glory) was worth the wait. Baby this car is slamming. Thanks Chris. I will send others directly to you for a purchase of ANY new car. Once they meet with you, regardless of the make of the car they wanted, they'll be transformed into a Lexus owner. Stopped by Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis as my wife and I were interested in looking for a new vehicle to replace her '02 Toyota 4Runner. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on our needs. He was extremely professional and courteous and made us feel very welcome at the dealership. He expertly answered any and all questions we had. When negotiating price and trade in value of our vehicle, he was very accomodating and fair. We agreed on a price and payments that we were very comfortable with. We drove home in our new Lexus that day and couldn't be happier. Even though Chris' job as salesman was done as we had purchased the vehicle, he followed up with courtesy calls to see if there was anything at all we needed or desired. I feel that we can call Chris at any time and be well cared for. The dealership as a whole was very impressive. Chris Powell who worked our financing was equally friendly and accomodating. I believe Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis ruly cares about its' customer base and goes the extra mile to please. It was truly the best car buying experience we have had in thirty years of car buying. The staff at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis has always been very courteous and friendly to me in past visits for maintenance. This time was no different. Upon meeting with Chris, I was immediately impressed with his overall maturity and friendliness as well as his strong sense of professionalism. I was not pressured by him or others but was given a chance to look at my options and make a decision based on what my needs were. I bought my first Lexus from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I love that this is a full-service dealership, so I didn't have to go to the MVA. All of the staff were very friendly. Rachael made sure the car I wanted was there for me when I came back in and ready for me to bring home. This is my third Lexus purchase from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I continue to return because the sales team is pleasant, courteous and responsive. It appears to be a growing dealership and I want to work with a team that is going to be there for me long term. They have not disappointed. The service department is equally as pleasant to deal with. They always manage to accommodate my last minute call for scheduling service. They will pick the car up and bring it back to me at the office. If I take it in for service, they will offer a loaner car. I can even get recommendations on where to get a good steak dinner ... truly a full service dealership. I'd be lost without them. They make me feel like a member of the family. In 30 years of car buying, I've never had that anywhere else. It is an absolute pleasure to work with them. More
