On neither occasion, were we sure we wanted to buy at that time but both times, she anticipated what we wanted and needed better than we did and convinced us accordingly. A fantastic dealer and a great saleslady! They know I will be back for another vehicle, hopefully this time later than normal, but I know my next vehicle, new or used, will be from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. A first class experience all the way. Rachael definitely goes out of her way to try and get me the best deal. The latest car I purchased was a 2010 IS250AWD. Definitely a great vehicle. It is a second car, but it's still one of the best deals I have received. Rachael is definitely recommended and I will always say good things about Rachael, Mr. LaRochelle and everyone on his staff. I have used the service department and they are also part of the first class service. If all car companies took notes from Sheehy Lexus, then it may be difficult to have a lower standard for other vehicles and dealers, but Sheehy Lexus is certainly top of the list for Customer satisfaction AND service!
