When I decided to purchase a vehicle I was particularly interested in Lexus. I have to admit I dreaded going to purchase the vehicle because I thought it was going to be the typical back and forth haggling interested in Lexus. I came equipped with the price I was prepared to pay, the kelley blue book value of my trade in and pre-approved financing. I feel I was given a fair price for my trade in and purchase. In the end I purchased a 2010 RX 350 that I am very happy with. Bill ensured it was sparkling clean inside and out, had a full tank of gas and provided nice incentives such as 3 months of free satellite radio, free oil change and free car washes. He has also called me on a few occasions to ensure everything is OK and I am still happy with my purchase.
