Cory Stunkard (sales)was indeed most delightful, in fact the very best sales representative my husband and I have ever encountered, and we've been buying vehicles for 45 years. I phoned Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis after an unethical pricing experience at my local Lexus dealer in Rockville. He expressed his apologies for Lexus and said he would call back soon with a price after he talked to his manager. Cory called me back within ten minutes and we made a deal. While the car I purchased was immaculate, I'm a guy who notices all the minor details and the dealership made sure to resolve my concerns to my satisfaction. The dealership service center is in a class of its own. They had a driver come to my location and swap a loaner car for mine. The service center waiting area is spacious and similar to a hotel lounge...very relaxing. Lastly the Lexus certified car program is amazing.
