This was greatly appreciated -- and it certainly not the case at some other dealers we visited. In fact, one of the dealership's owners thanked us personally as we departed. We were able to negotiate a great price, and we have been very pleased with the service we've received following the purchase. There was a minor issue that Cory and the Sheehy team resolved seamlessly. While we might have liked to receive more for our trade-in (ultimately we decided not to trade our old car in), the overall experience was excellent. I Purchased a 2009 350 LEXUS for my 50th B-DAY which was May 8th. I wanted it prior to my B-Day, so I went to the dealership on May 3rd. I arrived at Sheehy Lexus at about 7:15 pm and I was leaving there by 8 pm with my new Lexus. The Sales Manager Mr. Doug King came over and meet me and ensured me that they would take very good care of me. All I can say is that they did just that. Mrs. Clinton was friendly, polite courteous and had a great attitude to work with. I explained what I wanted to her and she showed me the vehicle that I wanted after browsing a little. She knew what she was sale ling and what I wanted. I LOVE my car. I have even had a couple loaners, but the one she sold me is the one for ME.
