We have been taking our SUV to Sheehy since 2009. On our first two visits we were not to pleased with Sheeny’s customers service and consider switching to Silver Spring Lexus. On our third and possibly last first two visits we were not to pleased with Sheeny’s customers service and consider switching to Silver Spring Lexus. On our third and possibly last visit we met Ralph Velez and have been happy with their customer service since. Ralph is cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we call to make an appointment, he knows who we are, and sounds excited about helping us. He makes suggestions, recommendations and answers questions in a manner that my wife and I can understand. He makes you feel like he is really interested in your customer service satisfaction and you can trust in what he says and I haven’t encountered anything differently. If we need a loner, he always has one ready for us. We feel we have found our fit thanks to Ralph Velez. Now getting our SUV serviced is not so painful. My father relocated from South Carolina to Maryland. Service on his 2006 Lexus was overdue, and the Maryland safety inspection needed to register and tag his car in the state. We scheduled an appointment at Sheehy in Annapolis who obtained the prior service records and quoted the work on the phone call. Also - without asking - they offered a loaner car at no cost - a very nice new or almost new Lexus SUV. The service staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. All of the work was completed as quoted within a few hours, including four new tires and complete service update. But subsequently after visiting the Maryland Department of Motor vehicles we realized we needed to order a front tag bracket because South Carolina only requires a rear tag. At first I was upset because after all, the dealer would need to have the brackets for each new car sold because Maryland requires both a front and rear license plate. I understood the reason when the Michelle Mitchell, Sales Manager, made it a point to explain the new brackets do not match the 2006 bumper, so I ordered the appropriate part, and it arrived the next business day.Chris Martin, heard the discussion, and he offered to bring the bracket to my fathers home and install it and the new Tags on my father's Lexus at no charge, which he arranged and completed very promptly. This was a great service as it saved me and my father considerable time, neither of us has tools or could do the installation. This excellent experience involved service and sales, and we highly recommend Sheehy Annapolis Lexus, the service staff, the new car sales manager, and especially Chris Martin. More

My wife and I just recently leased a RX-350 F Sport. We absolutely love the vehicle and it is everything you would expect with the name Lexus attached to it. Chris Martin was our sales associate and his pr absolutely love the vehicle and it is everything you would expect with the name Lexus attached to it. Chris Martin was our sales associate and his professionalism and product knowledge was first rate. Every question we had about the car was clearly explained and Michelle Mitchell was excellent in explaining all financing and lease questions we had. We showed up late in the day and the dealership was closing at 6pm. Chris and Michelle stayed until 8pm completing paperwork and getting the vehicle ready to go. I also would like to commend the people in the service dept. that prepped the car for delivery for us that evening as they had to stay late as well. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My wife generally drives the RX-350 and sometimes does not get home until 10pm. I enjoy driving the car so much I'll hop in it when she gets home just to go for a ride. The finest vehicle I have ever owned. More

I had a great experience at this dealer, and recommend it strongly. I shopped around online with various companies and found a perfect car at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I sent an e-mail requesting more information on a Sunday when they were closed and I received an e-mail from Chris List on Monday morning stating the car was still available and to come in and look at it. I'm glad I did, because every step was a breeze, from the test drive to financing. Chris is very courteous and professional - he offered water and coffee multiple times. The dealership itself is very clean and welcoming, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
Spectacular customer service from start to finish! Chris has helped me purchase 3 cars now. I had exceptional service with each purchase (my GX & my new RX450H). My last purchase was for my mom and it wasn' has helped me purchase 3 cars now. I had exceptional service with each purchase (my GX & my new RX450H). My last purchase was for my mom and it wasn't even a Lexus. I asked Chris to help us find a used car for my parents. We gave him the information on what we were looking for and within 24 hours he had a viable candidate for us to look at the Lexus dealership. He took the time to familiarize himself with the car history etc... to help us have an even better test drive experience. The care wan't ready to be driven home so Chris actually delivered the car to my parents who live over an hour away. Can not be more thankful for all of his help. More
I was recently at the dealer to have a service completed on my 2010 RX350 and I let Shandrial Hudson know I was going to be there and that I was interested in the 2013 RX350 and asked if she could show me t on my 2010 RX350 and I let Shandrial Hudson know I was going to be there and that I was interested in the 2013 RX350 and asked if she could show me the new colors and explain the new features. While it was her day off, she willingly came in and took the time to show me the colors I was interested in and explained all the new features. How she remembers all the different models and options, I'll never know, but she always has the answers for me. If she doesn't know, she will make every effort to find out and keep you informed. I did not make a purchase that day, but about 30 days later Shandrial and I talked via email and the phone and I came back in and I purchased the 2013 RX350 I had wanted. She took the time to reprogram my presets while I was signing papers and then took time to explain the differences to me and helped me get everything setup and working before I left the dealership. You can't ask for better customer service! The service department is fantastic and so friendly and treat you with respect and make you feel you are special and that is very important to me and to many car owners. I usually drop off my vehicle, get a loaner and go shopping at Annapolis Mall, while my car is serviced. I am called when my car is ready and when I return, it is always ready and cleaned. I would suggest anyone wanting a no pressure car buying experience to contact Shandrial Hudson because she will work with you to get you the best deal and she keeps in contact with you after purchase to make sure everything is fine and to answer any questions or concerns you have. I can say that in a few years, I will be back to check out the new models and of course I will ask for Shandrial! More
