Shandrial Hudson was my salesperson and provided excellent customer service. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Lexus ES350 to purchase a 2013 RX350 or another ES350. Shandrial made the process so very easy, I had never leased a vehicle before, so she explained the process in simple terms and she was very patient with me. Because of her kindness, patience, understanding, and excellent customer service I decided to lease for the very first time instead of purchasing a 2013 ES350 fully loaded, and it has been the best decision I have ever made for obtaining a vehicle.
